Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

You have to ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Shipping information may be modified prior to dispatch of the order.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a restocking fee may apply. The fee amount will be determined based on the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lux Industries Limited is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer.  

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local postal service or report the incident to local authorities.

Returns – 15 Day Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 15 days of delivery.  Only products that are damaged or have damaged outer packaging are eligible for return. Products which are in good condition are not eligible for return. No return will be accepted for issues related to size or colour preferences. 

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Please contact our support team before initiating a return.

 Out-of-Stock Products

If a product in your order is out of stock, we may:

  • Hold the entire order until all products are available, or
  • Contact you with alternative solutions.

Our team will keep you informed and work to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Import Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that:
