Eligibility for Returns

- Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return.
- Products received in good condition and without any manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return.
- No return of products will be accepted for issues related to size or colour preferences.
- Return requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Steps to Raise a Return:

Receive Confirmation: Await return authorization from our customer support team.

Circumstances Eligible for Refund
A refund may be initiated under the following circumstances:

- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch.
- The order is cancelled by Lux Industries Limited due to non-availability or logistical reasons.

Refund Process

- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be made to the original payment method within the timelines provided below.

For orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) the customer has to provide the following bank details via email:
- Name of Account Holder
- Bank Name & Branch
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Order ID & Product Name
- Refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS. No cash refunds or cheques will be issued.
- Refund Timelines: Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse. Email updates will be shared upon initiation. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank’s processing time.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Kolkata, West Bengal.
